Bespoke Manufacturing

No issue at all. If you’ve got an idea of what you’d like, whether it’s a full 3D design, a sketch on a tissue, or even just a stray thought, then great. You can either send us what you have or we can jump on a call to discuss what you’re after. Then we’ll put together a quote, giving you some different options to suit your budget. This can cover any or all elements of the process, be it product design, prototyping, colour testing and manufacturing.

So what d’ya reckon, fancy making a better planet together?

We worked with a jewellery and accessories company and produced 64,000 custom sized beads that would be perfect for a new line of sustainable bracelets. After chatting through what they were looking for, we came up with a number of options before producing a mould of their chosen design and fulfilling the order within a couple of weeks.

Our Colour Range

One of the things that we’re most proud of is our magnificent colour range. Come on, look how pretty they all are! Depending on the type of product being made and the characteristics it needs, we will either use High Density Polyethylene, ‘HDPE’ (number 2 in the recycling triangle) or Polypropylene, ‘PP’ (number 5 in the recycling triangle).

But the colours don’t end there, oh no. If there’s a specific colour you’re after, maybe to match your branding, or to use a particular source of plastic that you have, then awesome - we love playing the alchemist and coming up with a new colour blend. So just let us know what you’re after and we can sort it. You’d even be more than welcome to come and join us for the day to do some testing until we’ve got a colour you’re happy with!

We’ve got a number of other machines in our workshop that allow us to make pretty much anything and everything.

No problem, we can sort those for you using our recycled plastic sheet press.

Fancy a new sign for your office?
Of course, we can cut something out for you using our CNC.

After some trophies for an awards ceremony with a sustainable twist?
Absolutely, we’ll make some sheets and then pop them in our CNC to engrave them with any logos and messaging that your heart desires!

GOT SOME BUDDING MUDDY CHEFS?

Mud Kitchens

What started out as a bespoke build is now one of the most popular things we’re asked to build for people - so we figured it deserved its own section.

Our 100% recycled plastic mud kitchens are absolutely the most durable ones you can find. They’re fully waterproof and UV resistant, so you won’t have to worry about any maintenance or upkeep. No more sanding down and painting like you need to with wooden alternatives - ideal.

Our mud kitchens come with a sink, play hob and some fun little spinning dials. The sink and bowl are made from stainless steel to prevent any annoying corrosion and the taps are fully functional cold water taps that are supplied with a standard fitting to work off your garden hose.

Simply fill out the form below so that we can pull together a quote for you. We will need to know where you need it sent to as delivery is an additional cost.

  • Our standard dimensions are 92cm (width) x 40cm (depth) x 90cm (height).

  • Pricing for the standard mud kitchen design of one sink and a play hob is £425 plus delivery for the unit. There’s also some fun little optional extras you can add on. For £15 we will include a silicone utensil set for those budding future chefs, and for £25 we can also add a stainless steel pot and pan set.

  • Every mud kitchen is made to order, so the time it’ll take to put it together and send it out for you (or your children) to play with depends on demand. As a rule of thumb, we aim to build all orders within two weeks, however this may be slightly longer from time to time. But we can give you a more accurate lead time when you submit your request.

Plastic Collection

So maybe you’re not looking for products at all, perhaps you have access to a regular or even a one-off supply of plastic waste. If so, then there’s two brothers right here that will be very happy to take it off your hands, and you can feel assured knowing that 100% of it will be getting recycled, which can’t be guaranteed with kerbside recycling.

To ensure it can all be recycled, we are careful about what we take. So we do ask that the plastic is clean when it is sent to us, and if possible, sorted into types. We accept HDPE (the number 2 inside the recycling triangle) and PP (the number 5 inside the recycling triangle).

So let’s throw away throwing away, and work together to ensure your plastic waste gets a whole new lease of life.

Plastic Shredding

We stock all colours of recycled plastic that we’ve cleaned and shredded, ready to be used. If you’re after some for your own projects, just let us know how much you’re after, what colour and where you’d like it sent to.

Alternatively, if you’ve got some plastic that needs shredding, just give us a shout and one of the team will happily get that shredded up into lovely, usable flakes, ready for your next recycled project.

Talks and workshops

We love teaching people about everything we’ve learnt along during our recycling journey, whether it’s the impact of plastic waste, how to start a recycling workshop, or even content creation. We can give bespoke presentations as well as interactive workshops to any size groups. Perhaps you’re a school, a university or a business - just let us know what it is you’d like to get out of the session and we can put together some different ideas for you. We’re also happy to have small groups visit our premises for a hands-on workshop experience.

Content creation

If we’re working on something bespoke for you, be it larger scale manufacturing run, or a custom item, then if it has the potential for an engaging video, we could film the process to act as a promotional tool for you, if that’s something you wanted to take advantage of. We could also produce smaller cuts of the whole video for you to use on your social media.
